What you will do

• Build and scale hirify.global’s first enterprise EMEA Sales Development function, covering org design, hiring, and tooling.
• Design enterprise pipeline generation strategies aligned to Large Enterprise and Strategic Accounts teams.
• Translate product usage, pilots, and inbound interest into qualified enterprise opportunities.
• Develop vertical-specific and account-based SDR motions for industries like Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Retail.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Field Engineering to orchestrate a unified GTM strategy.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of front-line SDR leaders and individual contributors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, revenue, or GTM leadership.
• 3–5+ years of experience in second-line SDR leadership managing managers.
• Proven track record of building enterprise demand engines from scratch in platform or product-driven businesses.
• Deep expertise in product-led growth and usage-based GTM models.
• Strong background in sales within regulated industries such as Financial Services or Life Sciences.
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization and engage at the CRO level.
