GTM Lead (AI/Insurance): Executing and scaling the go-to-market strategy for the insurance sector with an accent on closing high-value mid-market and enterprise contracts for agentic AI solutions. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Madrid, or Lisbon (Hybrid)
Salary: 80,000–100,000 € per year

What you will do
- Own the full go-to-market motion and sales cycle for the insurance vertical, from prospecting to closing.
- Articulate the value proposition of managed AI agents to insurance decision-makers and CXOs.
- Manage post-sale relationships to drive renewals, upsell new use cases, and ensure multi-X growth.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align deals with strict insurance data privacy and compliance standards.
- Build and leverage ecosystems of insurance introducers and system integrators to accelerate pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Proven sales record selling complex technology into the insurance industry (P&C, Life & Health, Reinsurance, etc.).
- Strong track record of exceeding quotas with a proven ability to generate and close €1M+ annual pipelines.
- Full-funnel GTM ownership experience including prospecting, positioning, and enterprise-level negotiation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of delivering technical demos to C-level executives.
- Deep experience in value-selling SaaS, AI, or data-driven products to enterprise clients with regulatory requirements.
