Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 base (OTE uncapped)

What you will do
- Research and identify potential clients matching the company's ideal customer profile using prospecting tools.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate high-quality leads.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their specific business needs and pain points.
- Coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
- Iterate on outreach strategies and messaging to maximize engagement and lead conversion.
- Pursue individual and team goals to reach defined monthly targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience, with SaaS/start-up background preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Highly target-motivated individual with a proactive, self-starting approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Hubspot, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
