TL;DR

Graduate Account Executive (Sales): Generating and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound activity to support B2B growth for a leading travel platform with an accent on outbound prospecting, discovery calls, and pipeline development. Focus on building high-quality pipeline, collaborating with Account Executives to convert leads, and applying consultative sales techniques.

Location: Must be based in London or able to commute for a hybrid model (minimum 60% in office)

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound email, phone, and LinkedIn activity.
  • Engage prospective customers to understand their business needs and potential use cases.
  • Run initial discovery conversations to qualify leads before transitioning them to Account Executives.
  • Support the progression of early-stage opportunities and assist with fast-moving deal onboardings.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and contribute to detailed pipeline tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives on account targeting and prioritization strategies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proactive mindset with a clear desire to build a career in commercial sales.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence engaging with new people and initiating professional conversations.
  • Must be based in London to satisfy hybrid office requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a commercial or sales environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
