What you will do
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals.
- Define and execute a regional revenue strategy to achieve growth milestones.
- Drive disciplined pipeline generation through field sales, marketing, and channel partnerships.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders like CISO, CIO, and CTO.
- Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting with strict adherence to target metrics.
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track performance and regional execution.
Requirements
- Must be based in Europe (Central/Southern).
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in security, open source, or cloud markets.
- Proven track record as a second-line leader with experience managing multi-million dollar ARR targets.
- Deep experience with subscription-based SaaS business models.
- Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger.
- Strong relationships with channel partners and experience closing complex $200K+ enterprise deals.
