TL;DR
Regional Vice President (Sales): Leading the enterprise sales organization across the UKI and Northern Europe region with an accent on driving New Annual Recurring Revenue (NARR) and scaling a high-performing team. Focus on developing regional revenue strategy, fostering strategic channel partnerships, and closing complex, large-scale enterprise security software deals.
Location: Remote-first (Must be based in Europe)

What you will do
- Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class enterprise sales team on time and on budget.
- Define and execute regional revenue strategies to consistently achieve NARR and growth milestones.
- Drive disciplined pipeline generation through marketing, channel partners, and direct field sales.
- Act as Executive Sponsor on key enterprise deals, building relationships with CISO, CIO, and CTO stakeholders.
- Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting with disciplined deal inspection.
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track regional performance and execution.
Requirements
- Must be based in Europe
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in security, open source, or cloud development markets.
- Proven second-line sales leadership experience focused on new logo acquisition.
- Deep experience with SaaS subscription-based sales and complex enterprise transactions ($200K+ ARR).
- Demonstrated success leading teams with multi-million dollar ARR targets.
- Strong familiarity with consultative sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Challenger.
