What you will do

  • Execute and optimize digital campaigns that support account-based marketing programs across named accounts, buying groups, and priority segments.
  • Translate account priorities, persona strategy, buying stages, and intent signals into digital activation plans across paid search, paid social, display, and Demandbase.
  • Manage Demandbase activation, including audience segmentation, display orchestration, campaign setup, and alignment to broader campaign goals.
  • Write and refine paid media copy, campaign hooks, taglines, and ad concepts tailored to target personas and account segments.
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on channel metrics and ABM outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ABM, paid media, or demand generation.
  • Experience running digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and account-based advertising platforms.
  • A strong understanding of how digital marketing supports named account programs, persona targeting, buying group engagement, and account progression.
  • Experience managing external agencies and coordinating campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect campaign performance to account engagement and pipeline outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Demandbase or a similar ABM platform.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with account tiering, buying group strategy, and intent-based targeting.
  • Experience supporting account re-engagement or opportunity acceleration programs.
  • Experience partnering closely with product marketing and sales on integrated account-based campaigns.
