Location: Palo Alto, California; San Francisco, California

Salary: $150,000–$180,000+ bonus for candidates based in California. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.

What you will do

  • Own the global field marketing and tradeshow strategy aligned to revenue targets.
  • Build annual and quarterly event plans across tradeshows, hosted events, third-party conferences, partner events, and executive programs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 field marketing professionals.
  • Manage event budgets with strong ROI discipline.
  • Define and track KPIs including pipeline generated and influenced, revenue attribution, and event ROI.
  • Continuously optimize channel mix based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 4+ years in field marketing or event marketing.
  • Experience owning and executing large-scale tradeshows and high-volume field programs.
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue through event programs.
  • Experience managing budgets and forecasting ROI.
  • Proven people manager with experience leading and developing direct reports.
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
