TL;DR

Marketing Systems Manager (AI): Managing and architecting the marketing technology stack and automation workflows to support global go-to-market motions with an accent on AI-driven conversational tools and scalable integration design. Focus on building agentic chat workflows, improving MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and ensuring robust system stability through engineering rigor.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Denver, CO or San Francisco, CA. Hybrid role requires 3 days a week in-office.

Salary: $136,000 – $189,000 USD (Range varies by location)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end marketing technology ecosystem, including management of Marketo, Qualified, and Demandbase.
  • Architect stable and scalable integrations, implementing DevOps practices like version control and testing to maintain system health.
  • Design and deploy agentic chat workflows and AI-driven first-touch responses to optimize lead conversion pipelines.
  • Drive the organization-wide AI and automation strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance data enrichment, scoring, and routing.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder for trusted data governance to fuel AI models and marketing segmentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Systems, Sales, and Product teams to align marketing infrastructure with business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Systems within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, and integration platforms like Clay or Zapier.
  • Proven experience with multi-channel GTM motions including ABM, PLG, and enterprise sales.
  • Must have a hybrid-ready status in Denver, CO or San Francisco, CA.
