What you will do

  • Identify and evaluate third-party intellectual property suitable for licensing and integration.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for the acquisition of external IP assets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with IP owners, studios, and technology providers.
  • Negotiate licensing agreements, commercial terms, and contract structures to secure favorable rights.
  • Perform due diligence on IP assets to assess value, scope, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate across legal, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in licensing third-party IP, technology transfer, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of IP rights, licensing frameworks, and negotiation principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Nice to have

  • Experience working directly with gaming studios, media partners, or content providers.
  • Track record of scaling licensing portfolios or opening new partnership channels.
  • Existing networks within gaming, entertainment, or technology ecosystems.
