TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Office presence required 2+ days/week in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, or Sydney; includes US/New York-based operations).

Salary: $124,000–$186,000 USD base + additional uncapped commissions.

What you will do

  • Manage a named list of AmLaw 151+ law firm accounts across the full sales cycle.
  • Conduct tailored product demos connecting software capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Cultivate relationships with legal buyers, IT leads, and innovation stakeholders.
  • Navigate moderately complex, multi-threaded sales processes.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and account expansion.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Consultative selling expertise with a focus on ROI and value-based messaging.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
