What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-channel cross-sell campaign strategies aligned with revenue goals.
• Identify and segment target customers based on usage data, purchase history, and lifecycle stages.
• Design automated programs across key digital channels including web chat, in-app messaging, email, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to communicate key features and address customer pain points.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to create tailored campaign messages and ensure alignment.
• Define KPIs and benchmarks to analyze campaign performance and iterate for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Customer or Growth Marketing.
• Proven track record in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Qualified, Mutiny, and Goldcast.
• Ability to analyze reporting, manage budgets, and execute full-funnel campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on editing and proofreading.
• Capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
