Salary: €110,500 - €134,550 + benefits

What you will do
- Develop a data-led partnership strategy to support customer acquisition across retail and business segments.
- Create frameworks for evaluating and prioritizing new product and distribution partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate and execute partnerships that expand product capabilities and drive user growth.
- Conduct commercial analysis, build business cases, and track performance metrics for all partnership activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Risk, Data Science, and Compliance teams.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new market opportunities in Ireland.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B business development, ideally in banking, fintech, or tech environments.
- Deep understanding of the Irish retail banking market.
- Experience negotiating complex contracts with strategic partners.
- Ability to design and execute scalable partnership strategies, particularly regarding distribution and product partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience building business cases and performance frameworks.
- Proactive and creative approach to identifying unconventional partnership opportunities.
