Global Revenue Growth Senior Project Manager (SaaS): Leading strategic expansion initiatives and acting as the PMO backbone for revenue-impacting projects with an accent on portfolio prioritization, cross-functional execution, and performance monitoring. Focus on driving MRR targets, optimizing expansion processes, and translating analytical insights into measurable business growth.

Location: Remote-first role. Can be based in any of the company's global hubs (Barcelona, Warsaw, Mexico City, Curitiba, Rome, etc.) or remotely, provided you possess the legal right to work in your country of residence.

What you will do

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end expansion project portfolio, ensuring clear scoping, KPI definition, and timely delivery.
  • Lead high-impact strategic initiatives, including pricing optimization, new product rollout, and cross-market process improvements.
  • Monitor expansion budget performance and key sales funnel metrics to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders across Data, Product, Sales, and local markets to drive execution.
  • Proactively identify and escalate delivery risks while proposing scalable solutions for structural bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to forecasting and semi-financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, or high-growth tech/startup environments.
  • Proven project management experience within complex, cross-functional settings.
  • Strong background in SaaS or marketplace business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue/budget targets and manage strategic portfolios.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Must already have the legal right to work in your country of residence; no visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Experience in healthcare-specific technology.
  • Background in pricing and packaging optimization.
  • Ability to build simple financial models.
