What you will do

• Lead and own the end-to-end delivery of AI, Machine Learning, and Big Data projects from discovery to final implementation.
• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for international enterprise-level clients.
• Translate complex business challenges into structured, deliverable technical roadmaps.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, project scope, budget, and risk.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Data Engineers.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to account growth strategy.

Requirements

• English: C1/C2 proficiency required for executive communication.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end IT or software development projects with full delivery ownership.
• Hands-on experience in projects involving AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Big Data.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience working in engineering environments.
• Background in a consulting company, AI/data organization, or software house.
• Demonstrated experience managing large international corporate clients.

Nice to have

• Technical background in Python, SQL, Azure, or AWS.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Computer Vision, or predictive modeling.
• Experience managing distributed or international teams.
• Background in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
