Project Manager (AI & Big Data)

Location: Katowice, Poznań, Gdańsk, Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, or Białystok, with remote work available from these locations

Salary: 18,000–25,000 PLN per month on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, and software projects from discovery through final delivery.
• Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor for international enterprise customers.
• Manage scope, risks, budgets, planning, resources, timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate business challenges into structured technical roadmaps and align business objectives with engineering execution.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering teams.
• Support pre-sales, account growth, recruitment, and team-scaling initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning end-to-end IT or software development project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Big Data, or advanced software systems.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and practical experience in engineering environments.
• Experience in consulting, AI/data organizations, or software houses, ideally with large international corporate clients.
• Strong client-facing, leadership, communication, presentation, and business skills.
• Fluent English at C1/C2 level is mandatory for meetings, workshops, and executive discussions.

Nice to have

• Technical background in Python, SQL, Azure, or AWS.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Computer Vision, predictive modeling, or Big Data projects.
• Experience managing distributed or international teams.
• Background in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
