Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona, Spain. Relocation support provided for international candidates. Hybrid role: In-office attendance required 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans using project management methodologies.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new travel tools within client organizations.
• Provide technical support for marketplace integrations and custom API solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations during the implementation phase.
• Monitor post-implementation booking behavior to validate configuration and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to clients based on data and best practices.

• Proven track record managing complex projects in an international environment.

Nice to have

• 2-5 years of experience in project management.
• Prior experience in a SaaS implementation role.
• Previous startup experience.
