What you will do

• Plan and drive end-to-end transition and cutover activities for multiple parallel application migrations.
• Coordinate stakeholders across internal teams and external suppliers to ensure alignment between governance and delivery.
• Ensure production readiness by identifying dependencies, managing risks, and overseeing rollback planning.
• Maintain transition schedules, cutover runbooks, and detailed execution documentation.
• Provide status reporting and track interdependencies throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Ensure all transitions adhere to strict compliance, operational stability, and control requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Transition Manager in complex IT infrastructure or migration programs.
• Experience in data center migrations, platform transitions, or large-scale infrastructure changes in regulated environments (preferably financial services).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Structured approach to risk, dependency, and issue management.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in Nordic or large European banking environments.
• Knowledge of cloud or modernized hosting migrations.
