Strategic Project Manager (ERP)

TL;DR

Strategic Project Manager (ERP): Leading end-to-end implementation of AI-powered ERP automation products for global enterprises with an accent on process optimization and stakeholder management. Focus on designing scalable solutions, driving product adoption, and translating complex customer requirements into technical actions.

Location: Must be based in Germany or Austria. Onboarding requires a minimum of one month at the HQ in Zurich, with regular team visits to Zurich encouraged.

What you will do

• Own the full implementation journey from initial client requirements to final delivery and continuous improvement.
• Design tailored, scalable solutions that align with complex customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate systems and adapt the platform to unique customer needs.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, surfacing insights and ensuring they realize the full potential of the product.
• Work alongside sales teams to create effective implementation plans and drive long-term product adoption.
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights to evolve the platform's capabilities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills for client-facing responsibilities.
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders cross-functionally.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to travel to Zurich for onboarding and regular team offsites.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
