What you will do

• Plan and lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers.
• Run project kick-off meetings and define project scope, timeline, and milestones.
• Coordinate daily project activities, including planning, tracking, and risk management.
• Act as the primary customer-facing contact throughout implementation and go-live.
• Oversee API and connector integrations with customer HR tools.
• Transfer completed projects to Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in SaaS or enterprise software implementation.
• Experience in customer-facing delivery roles.
• Hands-on experience with project planning, coordination, and risk management.
• Experience with project tracking tools such as monday dot com or similar.
• Background coordinating API integrations, connector setups, or data mapping.
• Professional proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with LMS LXP EdTech or HRTech platforms.
• Background in integrations or platform configuration projects.
• Technical understanding of APIs.
• Experience supporting UAT and go-live phases.
• Experience in consulting or solution implementation services
