TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Managing mid-market and enterprise deals from a rapidly growing inbound pipeline with an accent on closing high-value contracts and scaling adoption across major accounts. Focus on collaborating with product and leadership teams to refine GTM strategies and winning competitive deals in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to London, UK (5 days per week in-office)

Salary: £225,000 – £275,000 (Base + Commission)

What you will do

  • Own and manage mid-market and enterprise sales cycles from an inbound pipeline.
  • Close ACV contracts ranging from £50k to £200k+.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to refine pitches and pricing strategies.
  • Work directly with founders and engineers to unblock deals and influence the product roadmap.
  • Drive upsell opportunities within the existing base of 5,000+ customers.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to London, UK.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience.
  • Proven track record of success in quota-crushing performance.
  • Experience closing 50K–200K GBP+ ACV deals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
  • Full-time in-office attendance required.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience selling to HR leadership (Head of TA, VP People).
  • Familiarity with Product-Led Growth motions.
  • Experience working within small, high-growth GTM teams.
