Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Managing mid-market and enterprise deals from a rapidly growing inbound pipeline with an accent on closing high-value contracts and scaling adoption across major accounts. Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to London, UK (5 days per week in-office)
Salary: £225,000 – £275,000 (Base + Commission)

What you will do
- Own and manage mid-market and enterprise sales cycles from an inbound pipeline.
- Close ACV contracts ranging from £50k to £200k+.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to refine pitches and pricing strategies.
- Work directly with founders and engineers to unblock deals and influence the product roadmap.
- Drive upsell opportunities within the existing base of 5,000+ customers.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to London, UK.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience.
- Proven track record of success in quota-crushing performance.
- Experience closing 50K–200K GBP+ ACV deals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
- Full-time in-office attendance required.

- Previous experience selling to HR leadership (Head of TA, VP People).
- Familiarity with Product-Led Growth motions.
- Experience working within small, high-growth GTM teams.
