What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain tools and systems for release automation and deployment workflows.
• Write reliable, concurrent code for build pipelines and deployment infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance release quality and efficiency.
• Document technical designs, deployment practices, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to small-team design reviews and practical engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Strong coding proficiency in languages such as Go or Java.
• Deep understanding of concurrency, distributed systems, and multi-threaded programming.
• Experience with backend systems, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems with maintainable solutions.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization.
