What you will do

• Design and build custom software in Go to improve platform reliability, resiliency, and redundancy.
• Partner with engineering teams to embed reliability principles and improve service availability and observability.
• Identify infrastructure improvement opportunities and implement technical solutions.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to troubleshoot and mitigate critical production incidents.
• Develop and refine SRE tooling and processes with a focus on automation and efficiency.
• Define and champion reliability best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical applications in production environments.
• Proficiency in Go or at least one other programming language (writing applications, not just scripts).
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and ArgoCD.
• Expertise in a major cloud provider such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, SQL/NoSQL databases, and networking fundamentals.
• Understanding of core SRE principles, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
