TL;DR
Senior Account Executive (Licensing): Managing and expanding high-value licensing partnerships within the sports analytics sector with an accent on consultative sales and revenue growth. Focus on executing the full sales cycle using MEDDICC methodology, building deep executive-level relationships, and identifying market opportunities for predictive modeling solutions.
Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona, Spain, and able to attend the office 3 days a week.
Salary: €37,500 – €62,500 base + €75,000 – €100,000 OTE

What you will do
- Lead growth and expansion for licensing partners across global sports verticals.
- Build consultative, long-term relationships with licensing partners as a trusted advisor.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Generate new business pipelines and qualify opportunities effectively.
- Monitor usage metrics and market trends to drive partner health and expansion.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Requirements
- Must be able to commute to the Barcelona office 3 days a week.
- Strong understanding of the football and sports licensing landscape, especially predictive analytics.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success within a SaaS environment.
- Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder relationships and communicate with executives.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
- Fluent in English, with additional fluency in Spanish, German, or French highly preferred.
