TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Licensing): Managing and expanding high-value licensing partnerships within the sports analytics sector with an accent on consultative sales and revenue growth. Focus on executing the full sales cycle using MEDDICC methodology, building deep executive-level relationships, and identifying market opportunities for predictive modeling solutions.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona, Spain, and able to attend the office 3 days a week.

Salary: €37,500 – €62,500 base + €75,000 – €100,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead growth and expansion for licensing partners across global sports verticals.
  • Build consultative, long-term relationships with licensing partners as a trusted advisor.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Generate new business pipelines and qualify opportunities effectively.
  • Monitor usage metrics and market trends to drive partner health and expansion.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Requirements

  • Must be able to commute to the Barcelona office 3 days a week.
  • Strong understanding of the football and sports licensing landscape, especially predictive analytics.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success within a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder relationships and communicate with executives.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
  • Fluent in English, with additional fluency in Spanish, German, or French highly preferred.

  • Existing robust network within sports predictive algorithm markets.
  • Previous experience with the hirify.global product ecosystem.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing partner health and retention metrics.
