What you will do

• Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across social, video, and DSPs.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly reports to identify optimization opportunities.
• Research emerging platform opportunities including Social Commerce, Digital Tokens, and MCNs.
• Collaborate with label marketing managers and streaming leads to provide tools and guidance for effective campaigns.
• Maintain deep expertise in major platforms like TikTok, Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Music.
• Assist in managing relationships with platform partners and coordinating strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or platform-specific campaign execution.
• Strong operational knowledge of social and streaming platforms, their features, and audience dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage and analyze campaign data to produce actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Must be able to work onsite in London at least 4 days per week.
