Location: Must be based in or able to work from Dublin or Lisbon offices.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly business development plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and prospect leading global companies to drive partnership opportunities across events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-level executives, including Fortune 500 decision-makers and VPs.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex partnership deals.
  • Collaborate with the growth team to implement effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Articulate the value and impact of diverse tech audiences to potential partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and channels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Strong interest in technology and a demonstrated growth mindset.
