Location: Must be based in or able to work from London or Leeds (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for freemium initiatives across the platform.
  • Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to drive fan participation and content sharing.
  • Partner with regional teams, content creators, and internal departments to execute growth strategies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve campaign success.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and optimize ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to champion the user experience.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in delivering marketing and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign execution across owned media channels like CRM.
  • Ability to work with data to analyze campaign performance and make rapid optimization decisions.
  • Track record of managing integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
  • Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Must be able to work on a hybrid basis from London or Leeds.
