Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day client servicing for a portfolio of publisher accounts including onboarding and inventory troubleshooting.
- Develop end-to-end strategies to unlock new growth opportunities for publishers.
- Provide proactive communication regarding delivery, measurement, and reporting metrics.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and product training sessions.
- Collaborate with Demand Leads and Product Management to define and drive platform enhancements.
- Act as a strategic advisor sharing industry trends, best practices, and insights.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret data sets and translate trends into actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for cross-functional partnerships.
- Proactive mindset focused on learning and testing new ideas.
- Must be able to work on-site in London 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu).
