What you will do

  • Manage and respond to all inbound requests via sales forms across the product suite.
  • Categorize leads by intent and ensure strict adherence to first response time SLAs.
  • Conduct qualification discussions using the SPICED framework to identify business opportunities.
  • Independently close transactions for smaller requirements within the Prosumer segment.
  • Own and track daily activity KPIs and funnel metrics within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs and market feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in inbound sales or business development within SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Business-fluent English proficiency required.
  • Strong experience with CRMs, specifically HubSpot.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet aggressive response targets.
  • Deep commitment to digital rights and mission-aligned privacy advocacy.
  • Must be able to work from one of our designated offices in London, Geneva, Zurich, Prague, Barcelona, Paris, Vilnius, Skopje, or Taipei.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in German or French.
  • Experience selling security-oriented SaaS products.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like Clay, Instantly, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
