What you will do
- Manage and respond to all inbound requests via sales forms across the product suite.
- Categorize leads by intent and ensure strict adherence to first response time SLAs.
- Conduct qualification discussions using the SPICED framework to identify business opportunities.
- Independently close transactions for smaller requirements within the Prosumer segment.
- Own and track daily activity KPIs and funnel metrics within the CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs and market feedback.
Requirements
- Proven track record in inbound sales or business development within SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Business-fluent English proficiency required.
- Strong experience with CRMs, specifically HubSpot.
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet aggressive response targets.
- Deep commitment to digital rights and mission-aligned privacy advocacy.
- Must be able to work from one of our designated offices in London, Geneva, Zurich, Prague, Barcelona, Paris, Vilnius, Skopje, or Taipei.
Nice to have
- Fluency in German or French.
- Experience selling security-oriented SaaS products.
- Proficiency with sales tools like Clay, Instantly, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
