TL;DR

Salary: €25,000–€30,000 base + €8,000–€10,000 bonus

What you will do

  • Analyze the German market to provide insights on trends, competition, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to identify sales targets.
  • Conduct research to understand prospects' interests and needs for tailored engagement.
  • Design and execute outbound prospecting campaigns across multiple communication channels.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and act as a brand evangelist.
  • Organize or attend events to engage prospects effectively.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (On-site)
  • 1-3 years sales experience in a high growth tech environment or exceptional candidates with less experience.
  • Native Spanish speaker with professional English proficiency.
  • Hunter attitude, autonomous work ethic, data-driven and process-oriented approach.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets as an individual contributor.
  • Creativity and willingness to take on responsibilities.
