What you will do

  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and door-to-door prospecting to closing contracts.
  • Conduct in-person demonstrations of retail and hospitality products for prospective clients.
  • Research and analyze competitor strategies and market trends within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline data within Salesforce CRM.
  • Build and nurture professional networks through local events and direct client engagement.
  • Visit customers regularly to identify specific business challenges and provide value-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field and outbound sales, preferably in technology or solution-selling environments.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and sales development best practices.
  • Must be able to maintain a physical presence across Glasgow or Edinburgh.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in English with effective communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
  • Experience managing pipeline and client relationships using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with point-of-sale and related technology systems.
  • Additional language proficiency.
