What you will do
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and door-to-door prospecting to closing contracts.
- Conduct in-person demonstrations of retail and hospitality products for prospective clients.
- Research and analyze competitor strategies and market trends within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline data within Salesforce CRM.
- Build and nurture professional networks through local events and direct client engagement.
- Visit customers regularly to identify specific business challenges and provide value-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field and outbound sales, preferably in technology or solution-selling environments.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and sales development best practices.
- Must be able to maintain a physical presence across Glasgow or Edinburgh.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
- Proficiency in English with effective communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
- Experience managing pipeline and client relationships using CRM tools like Salesforce.
