What you will do

• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client performance goals.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between creative, strategy, and production departments.
• Manage client communication, expectations, and long-term partnership health.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize delivery speed and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee project finances, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Digital and Project Managers.

Requirements

• Based in or able to work from Salzburg or Vienna.
• Strong experience in project leadership and account management within high-paced agency environments.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional teams and technical experts.
• Proven track record in budget management and resource planning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to facilitate team alignment.
• Professional fluency in English.
