What you will do

• Lead creative and digital projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and quality control procedures.
• Triage new project briefs and translate them into feasible creative solutions.
• Document and improve operational workflows and internal processes.
• Contribute to daily and weekly WIP meetings to track milestones and goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a creative, production, or social agency.
• Full professional proficiency in English and German (B2 minimum) is required.
• Proven track record in managing cross-platform projects like websites, digital display, and video.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and project status reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Must be able to work in the Heidelberg office at least one day per week (18-month fixed-term contract).

Nice to have

• Experience in the FMCG or Health industry sectors.
