What you will do

• Manage the implementation of the proprietary software platform for various client operations
• Collaborate with product teams to optimize and digitize road transport workflows
• Define and deliver improvement initiatives to scale productivity and operational quality
• Facilitate internal and external management reporting throughout delivery phases

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within transport, supply chain, business development, or technology
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects and operational excellence initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to complex problems
• Experience with software implementation and process improvement

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German or any Nordic language
• Hands-on experience in road transport or logistics operations
