What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor for customers throughout the entire post-sales success lifecycle.
  • Deepen expertise in data transformation for security and observability outcomes.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders and senior management to drive adoption.
  • Identify and expand new use cases for data reduction, enrichment, and routing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to represent the voice of the customer.
  • Mentor and coach team members within the Customer Experience organization.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Germany
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct customer advocacy or post-sales engagement.
  • Strong background in Observability, Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security.
  • Proven track record managing complex enterprise accounts in a high-growth environment.
  • Ability to drive continuous product value through technical problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience with data platforms like Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, or Snowflake.
  • Technical understanding of Customer Success Platforms such as Gainsight or PlanHat.
  • Working knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
