What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, value realization, business reviews, and renewals.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities for the platform across diverse technical departments.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into actionable product feedback for internal Engineering and Product teams.
  • Develop and execute account health strategies by analyzing dashboards, metrics, and usage data.
  • Provide technical thought leadership to resolve customer challenges and drive process improvements.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support to build comprehensive account growth plans.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Ireland.
  • German language proficiency required.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or post-sales roles at a technology company.
  • Experience working with SaaS solutions for technical teams such as cybersecurity, DevOps, or IT.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and how they function.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements and influence executive stakeholders.
