What you will do
- Own customer adoption, onboarding, and continued success strategies for your assigned account base.
- Lead the optimization and integration of platform products within client business infrastructure.
- Partner with Sales teams to identify upsell opportunities and support contract renewals.
- Act as the technical voice for customers by providing feedback to product management and engineering groups.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer business goals and technical environments.
- Conduct professional interactions, including travel for client meetings when required.
Requirements
- Extensive pre or post-sales experience in the software industry is mandatory.
- Professional fluency in English is required, plus proficiency in at least one additional language: French, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese.
- Must have legal right to work in Ireland; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level customers.
- Strong technical background with a deep customer-centric and sales orientation.
- Ability to maintain accurate project plans and documentation.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with languages such as Java, .Net, Ruby, C, Python, Node.js, or Golang.
- Exposure to cloud technologies like Kubernetes, containers, microservices, and CI/CD.
- Experience with mobile device platforms and architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
