— Support scaling of the team across multiple functions

Requirements
— Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
— Ability to manage full-cycle hiring independently
— Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
— Experience hiring for technical or product roles is a plus
— English proficiency
