What you will do

  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for diverse operational and technical roles in the Netherlands.
  • Manage and coach two recruiters to support their professional and personal development.
  • Collaborate with and guide Talent Sourcers based in Spain to ensure recruitment priorities are met.
  • Align recruitment needs with department managers and internal stakeholders for effective workforce planning.
  • Analyze recruitment data and KPIs to optimize hiring processes and conversion rates.
  • Act as an ambassador for recruitment policies and represent the employer brand locally and internationally.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on process optimization.
  • Ability to manage a variety of role profiles including commercial, administrative, and technical.
  • Structured work approach and team-oriented mindset.
  • Must be based in Germany to facilitate the remote work arrangement.
