Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $80,000–$105,000, OTE $90,000–$115,000

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the candidate screening, interview process, and closing stages.
• Maintain ATS hygiene, reporting accuracy, and process consistency.
• Provide market feedback on talent availability and role competitiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring across both technical and GTM roles.
• Strong sourcing capability and sound candidate judgment.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently and bring clarity to ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills and a practical, solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments.
• Exposure to adjacent People Operations work.
• Comfort using AI and modern recruiting tools.
