Talent Acquisition Partner (HR Recruiting): Increasing talent density across the company by partnering directly with leaders, sharpening how we hire, and improving the quality of hiring decisions over time with an accent on full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles. Focus on sourcing strategy, candidate outreach, and interview process management.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $80,000–$105,000, OTE $90,000–$115,000

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the candidate screening, interview process, and closing stages.
- Maintain ATS hygiene, reporting accuracy, and process consistency.
- Provide market feedback on talent availability and role competitiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring across both technical and GTM roles.
- Strong sourcing capability and sound candidate judgment.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently and bring clarity to ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills and a practical, solution-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments.
- Exposure to adjacent People Operations work.
- Comfort using AI and modern recruiting tools.
