What you will do

  • Lead and scale the talent acquisition function, focusing on driving both quality and efficiency.
  • Build and own the roadmap for talent marketing, employer branding, and talent operations.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast and fulfill talent needs in alignment with company growth.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize workflows and reduce manual administrative tasks.
  • Coach and train hiring managers to elevate interviewing standards and talent quality.
  • Collaborate with the People team on full-lifecycle initiatives to improve candidate and employee experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in scaling global talent functions within high-growth, product-driven environments.
  • Strong ownership and ability to define and execute roadmaps and KPIs independently.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building TA functions that integrate AI and automation as a competitive advantage.
  • High proficiency in designing clean, scalable, and efficient hiring processes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders using data.
  • Courage to challenge leadership to ensure a high talent bar is maintained across the organization.
