What you will do

• Owning end-to-end hiring across creative, strategy, and client services roles.
• Partnering with stakeholders to deliver against ambitious hiring timelines.
• Building strong pipelines of high-quality, diverse talent.
• Driving direct sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, networks, referrals, talent pools).
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Using data, insight, and market knowledge to influence hiring decisions and continuously improving how we hire — including leveraging AI and automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Availability to start immediately or within a very short notice period.

Nice to have

• Experience in creative, marketing, or agency hiring is a bonus.
