What you will do

• Lead high-impact customer projects including reference architectures, demos, and production-grade MVPs.
• Provide technical leadership and consultation to support post-sale implementation, migrations, and deployments.
• Act as a trusted technical advocate, partnering with internal Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Manage multi-quarter Joint Success Plans to ensure adoption, value realization, and account health.
• Architect end-to-end solutions focusing on scalability, security, and cloud-native best practices.
• Conduct business and technical reviews to align hirify.global solutions with customer strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise data management or data platforms.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, metadata management, data lineage, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Kafka, Kubernetes, and containerized workloads.
• Proficiency in cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven ability to translate business outcomes into technical architectures with executive-level communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity at our Campbell, CA office.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Solution Architect in a data platform or data management company.
• Experience in a global systems integrator or consulting firm managing multiple customer engagements.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
