What you will do

• Execute the full market entry strategy for the Netherlands.
• Generate sales pipeline from scratch using cold outreach, networking, and social media.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including qualification, demos, and contract closing.
• Apply consultative selling frameworks to identify high-value GenAI use cases.
• Collaborate with the product team to advocate for market-specific localization and fit.
• Monitor competitive trends and policy shifts affecting AI adoption in the region.

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch proficiency required
• Strong professional English proficiency required
• 1–3+ years of experience in sales or a proven track record of exceptional results.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to drive results in competitive environments.
• Must be comfortable working independently to generate and close leads.
• Ability to spend 3 months in Stockholm for onboarding if hired as a remote Netherlands role.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in early-stage startup environments.
