Account Manager (Cloud)

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of cloud management platforms and support services to effectively consult clients.
• Maintain ownership of customer relationships and communicate value propositions to vendor and internal teams.
• Identify and negotiate new workload opportunities and cost optimization strategies within customer cloud environments.
• Manage support escalations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide actionable customer feedback to engineering teams to help prioritize product development.
• Conduct regular quarterly business reviews to track project timelines and platform spending.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience within a technology company.
• Professional proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
• Demonstrated experience working with AWS, GCP, or other major public cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of the FinOps ecosystem.
• Strong analytical, operational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Cloud certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Digital Leader.
• Fluency in additional languages.
