Location: Remote or hybrid (Poland); must be fluent in English and German and willing to travel up to 50% for client engagements.

What you will do

  • Cultivate and expand trusted relationships with key enterprise stakeholders to drive cross-sell, upsell, and renewal initiatives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Account Development Plans aligned with client business objectives and growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate high-impact client touchpoints, including QBRs and innovation workshops, to showcase value and deepen collaboration.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, contract extensions, and renewals in alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor account performance, revenue forecasts, and ensure consistent communication across internal delivery and engineering teams.
  • Represent the company as a trusted AI consulting advisor in executive-level discussions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in senior client partner or strategic account management roles within consulting or technology services.
  • Proven track record of generating $3m–$5m+ in annual services revenue.
  • Fluency in both English and German is mandatory for DACH region engagement.
  • Direct experience engaging with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings and team collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of consulting-led sales cycles, pipeline management, and value-based selling.
