What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, orchestrating their entire success journey.
  • Own product adoption strategies and collaborate with sales to drive account growth.
  • Guide customers through high-touch engagements, helping them achieve production milestones and solve governance challenges.
  • Oversee professional services and solution architects to ensure structured project execution and milestone tracking.
  • Translate technical API solutions into tangible business value and revenue-driving outcomes.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally while managing both short-term and long-term strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Account Manager, CSM, or Service Delivery Manager.
  • Must be based in the UK or Netherlands.
  • Strong experience leading customer-facing project management and service delivery engagements.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native software development, APIs, and web technologies.
  • Proven ability to engage and build trust with senior engineering leaders at large enterprises.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive business outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Degree in Computer Science.
  • Experience with methodologies such as event storming and impact mapping.
  • Practical experience with GraphQL.
  • Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth software environment.
