What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure they realize maximum value from the TRES platform.
• Develop and execute Customer Success Plans to achieve KPIs, roadmap objectives, and strategic goals.
• Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities while managing renewal health and risks.
• Translate product usage data into actionable strategic advice for technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to solve complex integration and operational issues.
• Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews to report on progress, platform adoption, and value realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related SaaS environment.
• Proven experience managing high-value portfolios with $2-5M ARR and driving 10-20% upsell growth.
• Solid understanding of crypto markets, DeFi protocols, blockchain explorers, and digital wallets.
• Background in finance, accounting, tax, or related fields (CPA certification is a plus).
• Advanced project management skills and ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience working with crypto transaction data, reconciliation tools, or reporting platforms.
