What you will do

• Define and implement global guidelines, KPIs, and classifications for raw material-specific master data in SAP.
• Champion digital evolution by leveraging AI and Big Data to forecast supply risks and automate master data governance.
• Drive portfolio strategy through complexity reduction, standardization, and identifying harmonization opportunities.
• Orchestrate strategic alignment between R&D, Procurement, and Supply Chain to ensure sourcing flexibility.
• Provide functional leadership to Raw Material Management Specialists and manage global stakeholders.
• Enforce strict portfolio standards while balancing R&D innovation requirements with commercial viability.

Requirements

• Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8-10 years of professional experience bridging R&D, Technical Procurement, or Portfolio Management.
• At least 5 years of management experience within a matrix organization.
• Profound knowledge of ERP/PLM systems, specifically SAP.
• Strong experience or affinity for leveraging Big Data and AI to solve complex portfolio challenges.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels without direct disciplinary authority.
