What you will do

• Establish consistent performance expectations across all departments to ensure operational clarity.
• Collaborate with department leads to define and implement clear career progression frameworks.
• Translate company values into daily operating norms, rituals, and behaviors.
• Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to drive accountability and regular performance reviews.
• Manage and align bonus, equity, and recognition structures with performance outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin for this on-site role.
• Proven experience operating at C-level proximity within a high-growth startup (100–300 employees).
• Strong track record of raising standards across multiple functions, not just one.
• Hands-on experience designing performance frameworks, leveling, or compensation structures.
• Ability to build trust quickly and challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
