What you will do

• Process and merge large-scale Medicaid administrative data including enrollment, claims, and encounter files.
• Develop and maintain research-ready datasets for policy analysis and program evaluation.
• Perform comprehensive data quality and logic checks to ensure accuracy.
• Construct derived variables and conduct outlier analyses on complex healthcare datasets.
• Produce tables, figures, and analytic outputs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support statistical analyses under the guidance of senior researchers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of direct experience with Medicaid administrative data.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Undergraduate degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Economics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in analytic languages such as SQL, R, Python, or STATA.
• Familiarity with medical coding systems like ICD, CPT, HCPCS, and NDC.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
